Who we are

The controller of any personal data described here is Creatonica SIA, Reg. No. 50103513391, VAT LV50103513391, Brivibas iela 152-5, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia. You can reach us at info@creatonica.net.

This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and no tracking of any kind, loads nothing from other companies' servers, and has no forms, accounts or logins. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may record standard technical data when a page is requested, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The provider keeps them for a short period under its own retention rules; we do not use them for marketing and do not combine them with anything else.

If you email us

If you write to info@creatonica.net, we receive what you send us: your name, your contact details and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries addressed to us, or, if your request concerns a possible contract, taking steps at your request before entering into it (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed for the matter it concerns, and longer only where accounting or other law requires it.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data may be handled by the providers that run our hosting and our email, acting on our instructions, and by advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is carried out by automated means on the basis of a contract or consent, you also have the right to data portability. Write to info@creatonica.net and we will respond.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, please tell us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian supervisory authority, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
